Check your order status and review shipment updates through your customer account.
View your order
Sign in to your customer account and open the Orders section. Select the order you want to review to see its current status and available details.
Shipment tracking
When a carrier tracking number is available and has been added to the order, you can use the carrier link to follow the shipment. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take time to appear after dispatch.

If you cannot access your order or the tracking details are missing, contact the store with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
